<p>Take <a href="https://www.kten.com/story/48404908/callisburg-high-school-students-raising-money-for-schools-custodian" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">this story</a> out of Texas last February about a custodian that went back to work at a school. At 80 years old, the man came out of retirement because his rent increased and he couldn’t afford to pay it without a paycheck.</p>
<p><strong>Pretty grim stuff, right?</strong> But the students came together and started a GoFundMe for the cleaner, and their efforts made the local news.</p>
