I Will Never Actively Use AI

I’ve been seeing too many AI-positive stories for my personal liking. I won’t lie, it pisses me off a bit. A lot of articles talk about is how “useful” and “helpful” AI is capable of being…that AI is a tool.

Yet when someone posts an article that is speculated to be AI generated, people get awfully quiet. Nobody cares to mentions if their post was assisted by AI.

In fact — unless an AI feature is the subject of the article itself — I have yet to see anyone be up front about their use of it. Why is that?

If AI is such a fabulous tool, where are the articles flexing over being written by it? Where are the disclaimers saying Article edited/created by AI? Could it be that people don’t want others to know when they are actually using AI programs to craft articles?

I don’t know. Maybe I’m assuming too much.

Yet for all the pro-AI users that exist on this platform, you’d think that people would be a little more open about whether or not they are using it in their own writing.

Unless — despite all their praise of the technology— they still feel like its something to hide.

If you have read my past articles about my view on AI art images, you already know I have no real love for the technology. I find it to be a real problem for the digital art community.
