High-Speed Rail vs. Hyperloop in Alberta, Part 1

As we stated more than once in past issues of this blog, the proposal of a high-speed rail line between Calgary and Edmonton has been debated for as long as we have lived in the province one of us calls “The Heartland”, and we have lived here since 2002. Well, the blog <a href="https://www.highspeedrailcanada.com/p/alberta-high-speed-rail-study-and-map.html" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">High Speed Rail Canada</a> identifies eight major studies on this hypothetical rail line going back to 1985! And despite all of these studies, there is still nothing built!
