Gun Violence Results From Mob Rule, Not Thug Life

<p>Why the Lewiston, Maine mass shooter escaped the state&rsquo;s &ldquo;yellow flag&rdquo; laws, meant to keep weapons of death and destruction out of hands like his, is a question in search of answers.
