Gov. Greg Abbott Should Be First In Line for a Mental Health Evaluation
<p>The mind boggles... Did he really just say that with a straight face? His clueless remarks are somewhat reminiscent of those <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/Health/critics-slam-texas-governor-disgusting-comments-rape-abortion/story?id=79892130" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">he uttered in Sept 2021</a>. Abortion had just been all but outlawed in Texas, including no exceptions for cases of rape. A journalist asked the governor how could he ignore the plight of rape victims who became pregnant after being assaulted.</p>
<p>Abbott answered with<em>: "Rape is a crime and Texas will work tirelessly to make sure we eliminate all rapists from the streets of Texas.."</em></p>
<p>Oh that's brilliant, Gregory. So you'll be the first guy in the history of mankind to stop the crime of rape. Golly, must be all those X-chromosomes that prevented we ladies from seeing the solution was so simple!</p>
