A New GOP Platform: Opening Issue
<p>Recent news has not been kind to Republicans. The shootings in Atlanta and Boulder have reignited a gun control debate that, if the GOP continues arguing in the way it currently is, will be lost. The border situation continues to bring out the worst of the party, as anti-immigration candidates continue to control the narrative. Congress continues to spend money it doesn’t have on frivolous items, and elected GOP officials continue to be hypocrites on the national debt. In foreign policy news, the party is increasingly in the grasp of pro-Russia isolationists. These idiots support Putin over the American president solely to “own the libs” and in doing so are abandoning America’s place in the world.</p>
