Amsterdam: a gastronomic tale

<p>If there is one thing I love to do is spread the world on good food, whether it is a restaurant I just visited or a sourdough bread I just bought.</p> <p>There is something fulfilling about knowing one can be helping to maintain a certain business while at the same time allowing more and more people the chance to create the same rich experiences as you did.</p> <blockquote> <p>To enjoy a meal is one of the best and simplest way of finding joy in everyday life.</p> </blockquote> <h2>On December 2022 we visited&nbsp;<strong>Amsterdam&nbsp;</strong>for a few days. Here is a recap of the restaurants we visited.</h2> <p>Before coming here, I knew it was going to be a captivating city: a bubble of beautiful almost make-believe old streets with people and cultures from all over the world.</p> <p><strong>Walking through Amsterdam neighborhoods is as charming as you could imagine.</strong>&nbsp;Every other corner, there is a cozy caf&eacute; enclosed in blurred glass windows that disclose groups of people drinking and chatting indoors.
