Exclusive and Independent Events — For Friends and Family
<p>Words in the title of this article have haunted me for long time and I always end up checking the coin toss example to understand the concept better. However, I think we need to find a more relatable example… Duh!, who tosses coins in today’s world.</p>
<p>While thinking about the right example, I pondered over an “<strong>event”</strong> that had happened to me in “long” past (Mentioned word “<em>long</em>” to avoid conflicts with wife).</p>
<p>Once upon a time, I went to a liquor shop to buy a JD and got a bottle out. Now, the store where I went only had 3 whiskeys — JD, JW and Chivas. Can you guess what kind of “<strong>event</strong>” just happened when I walked out with a bottle in my hand?</p>
