The Lip Filler Chronicles.
<p>One year for Christmas my dad got me some lip plumper because I had blamed him for giving me the “small lips gene.” I called them turtle lips. It was very thoughtful of him to buy that for me. It’s been many years but I still have that lip plumper. I don’t wear it very often. It does make my lips look fuller but it also burns a bit and I imagine it would burn the lips of any man I wanted to kiss, so I tend to avoid wearing it. I suppose a small part of me also wants to conserve it, though I could easily buy more, and perhaps I should…</p>
<p>I also don’t like to bring too much attention to my lips, because they’re so small. I rarely wear lipstick, lip gloss, or any sort of color on them. When I do my makeup I tend to focus on my eyes. Recently I have started to wear chapstick more frequently but that’s about it.</p>
