Fields of Slaughter: Facing the Horror of the #NOVA Massacre

<p>The NOVA# film, which aired last night (Wednesday) on &ldquo;Yes&rdquo;, is the first documentary made in Israel about the events of&nbsp;<a href="https://govextra.gov.il/mda/israel-under-attack/israel-under-attack/october-7th-hamas-invasion-and-atrocity/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">October 7</a>. It does not contain testimonies or interviews with survivors, but was composed purely of 212 video clips filmed at the events themselves &mdash; harrowing moments we would never have been exposed to if not for the technological accessibility that characterizes our era &mdash; and probably also the habit of the generation raised within it to document itself in every situation, including those involving mortal danger.
