<li>Some of the VCs won’t return (they are back to Saas or big tech AI driven platforms). Be obsessed by your Ebitda! Choose your priorities. It’s better in 2024 to be slower to grow but healthy in the business fundamentals (retention rate, AOV, limited marketing spending).”</li>
