Sync Your Daily Actions With Your Vision for an Extraordinary Life

RPM is an acronym for Results Purpose Massive Action Plan, developed by Tony Robbins. It’s a way of thinking and conditioning your mind to focus on the outcomes you want (Results), the reasons you want them (Purpose) so that you zero in on doing the things that will get you there the fastest (Massive Action Plan).

A lot of people have to-do lists and they use that to plan their day. Being a to-do-oriented person is not necessarily the most effective. A lot of people do a lot of stuff and they mistake activity for achievement. They do a lot of stuff and don’t know why they’re doing it. Plus, if you continuously write longer and longer to-do lists, you’ll end up feeling stressed out knowing there’s no way you could do them all.

If you’re not operating from full awareness, our focus gets taken by:

Something we’re afraid of.

Something that will give us pleasure.

Other people’s demands.

Everything seems to be coming at you, asking for the most valuable thing, your focus. Lack of fulfillment starts from being dictated by the environment, not by what’s most important to you, your dreams, your vision, your goals, your mission.

Modifiers around language will make you feel a lot different. It’s a different feeling you get when asking:

Why do I have to do this?

What the hell should I do?

How to do this?

When you ask ‘What should I do?’ the answer you’ll get is whatever is more pressing to you at that moment. You might come up with an answer, and go do that thing, but it won’t give you the results you desire.

With RPM, there’s one single shift that takes place.
