I Was An Evangelical Convert

I joined the SaveOne anti-abortion support group first. Really, I was a liar from the beginning. I’ve never had an abortion, at least not that I remember. At the time, I said I remembered becoming pregnant in high school after my father raped me, and that much is true. What I don’t remember is getting an abortion. I remember losing my period for three months, and feeling different and strange in my body, and then no longer being pregnant. Really, I have no idea if I was lying or not. Could be my father took me to get an abortion and I’ve just blocked it out from the trauma.
