Daily Encouragement: Quotes From my Buddhist Mentor
<p>This is very true in my life. I have 10 close friends (I’m at the very back of the line in the photo), and we met naturally and gravitated together. Today is the anniversary of several of our friends who chose to get married or renew their vows together — and on a memorable day 12–12–12. My partner and I married four years later, but we were there as part of the ceremony — I as a performer; she as a caterer. I even wrote a song in their honor.</p>
<p>We are so fortunate to have good friends in our lives. We are meeting for lunch at a Tamale restaurant to commemorate the day. Christmas is a time to celebrate with those close to us. Let’s create more moments to cherish with our friends!</p>
