Where “Diversity Training” Goes Wrong

<p>Over the past few years, there has been an explosion of DEI (Diversity, Equity, &amp; Inclusion) work and &ldquo;diversity training&rdquo; in schools and organizations across the nation in response to the Black Lives Matter movement and the broader social justice awakening in our country. Americans are learning that &mdash; unlike what many were taught &mdash; racism, sexism and other forms of oppression remain rampant in our society.
