Design as a catalyst to convert ambiguity to consensus

<p>During my 3 years at Postman as an IC and a Design Manager, I’ve worked on a bunch of 0–1 products. One of the key ingredients to moving fast in the right direction was — our ability to make <em>informed </em>decisions at an early stage. We used four guiding principles to make those decisions:</p>
