Where are the anti-racists now? Pt 2: Genocide denialism as racism

<p>The de facto position for anti-racist liberals is to argue that the situation in Israel/Palestine is&nbsp;<em>complex</em>. One cannot come to a conclusion about the situation that puts blame squarely on one side or another, because, as I&rsquo;ve heard directly, even though Israel does bad things too, Hamas is Evil with a capital Beheaded Baby&rsquo;s Evil Eye. This indecisiveness is due largely to the idea that the settler colony of the United States is a redeemable project, even as a force of good in the world. But understanding Israel&rsquo;s genocidal actions and intent against its Indigenous population and the US&rsquo;s full-throttled support of Israel&rsquo;s aggression against Palestinians will allow us to look deeper into America&rsquo;s (and Canada&rsquo;s, etc.) ongoing genocide against its Indigenous and indeed Black peoples.</p> <p><a href="https://jasdye.medium.com/genocide-denialism-as-racism-f82c4ec60b54"><strong>Read More</strong></a></p>
