Dubai: is it the crypto capital of the world?

I have just spent basically an entire month in Dubai in order to attend a few cryptocurrency conferences, four in total. What did I learn during this month, and is Dubai truly the cryptocurrency capital of the world? I landed in Dubai on October 4th, 2023. I attended the <a href="https://beconomydubai.com/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Blockchain Economy Summit</a>, the <a href="https://abcconclave.com/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">ABC Conclave</a>, the <a href="https://www.futureblockchainsummit.com/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Future Blockchain Summit</a>, and the <a href="https://www.eublockchainforum.eu/events/blockchain-life-2023-2425-october-2023-dubai" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Blockchain Life</a> conference. Surprisingly, the best conference was the free one, the Future Blockchain Summit. That being said, there were very interesting people and speakers at all of the conferences, and it was absolutely worth attending all of them. I was wondering if Dubai was always so full of blockchain conferences and meetups, the truth is that it experiences a high season between October and March.
