Far from it &mdash; they view their endeavours as quantum leaps toward a greener status quo, a blissful outlook to a better life. This perspective often rubs up against the more cautious outlook of various stakeholders, including corporate giants wary of environmental interventions.</p> <p>Dyed-in-the-wool nature conservationists tend to dismiss such reservations as right-wing, neocon obstructions to cement the corporations&rsquo; explorative business model&ndash;and thus fall victim to their own identity, including the sacred cow of capitalism to feed greedy shareholders come hell or high waters&ndash;often on the expense of formerly intact, healthy environments.
