Museum app — connecting art and people
<p>These led us to build our <strong>user personas</strong>: <em>Victor,</em> who is involved and interested with the content, and <em>Laura,</em> who takes care of the environment and the time spent in the museum.</p>

<p>To dig in a bit further about our personas, we worked on the <strong>Empathy map</strong>and the<strong> User Journey Map </strong>both for Laura and Victor. We could then realise there were mainly 3 pain points on the experiences of each persona:</p>
