US Second Amendment takes Quarantine off the table for conflict resolution

<p>The Second Amendment to the US Constitution protects the right to bear arms &ndash; now interpreted to be an individuals right rather than the more obvious Militia (eg National Guard) option.</p> <p>Sadly, disarmament is no longer an option considered by police or armed forces. This means whenever a military &ldquo;police action&rdquo; is prosecuted, force seems to be the only option if compliance is not achieved, with civilians sadly caught on the crossfire.</p> <p>Rather than risk or waste US lives, a Quarantine works by surrounding an area of conflict, say a village or town, with a ring of steel. Temporary camps are set up outside to receive civilians &ndash; the major one receiving aid and shelter, and the interim one waiting for uncertain people to get clearance. The key is total disarmament of those who come out.
