Community Update (Week 43/2023)

OSSci is headed to Berlin this week for <a href="https://packaging-con.org/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">PackagingCon 2023</a>. Please come and say hi if you happen to be there in person. On Thursday evening, we’ll be hosting an <a href="https://www.meetup.com/pydata-berlin/events/296919422/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">informal get-together in collaboration with PyData Berlin</a> (venue to be determined shortly). No set agenda, just casual conversation. Join us if you’re into open source and science and would like to meet new people! Also on Thursday, we’ll be joining the Oklahoma Data Science Workshop, a monthly meeting to provide a forum for scientists to talk about how they use computing in their research, to discuss Open-Source Science and the Map of Open-Source Science (MOSS), specifically.
