Let us begin: what’s the difference between comenzar and empezar?

<p>If someone asked me what the difference is between start and begin in English, I&rsquo;d say that there isn&rsquo;t one, not really. Sure, one might be more commonly used than the other, but they mean the same exact thing.</p> <p>The same is true of empezar and comenzar.
