Coliving Spaces in Madrid, Spain

As a 23 year old student, I have been looking for shared flats in Madrid. However, this is not my first time living in shared flats and I have lived first hand some pretty bad roommate horror stories. I have found that the best way to prevent this is Coliving. There is an organized company making sure everyone follows the rules, there are usually weekly cleanings and there is a stronger screening when it comes to letting people into the community. These are some of the Coliving spaces I know of in Madrid, Spain.

This will be the first thing to pop up when you google search coliving in Madrid. Urban Campus has two main locations where they offer private rooms with shared or private bathrooms, en-suite bathrooms, even studios and small apartments. Their prices start at 700 for shared flats and 900 for private studios. They also have common areas like gyms, rooftops, kitchens, meeting rooms, even a music room all included in the price.
