A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Facilitating a Cloud Workshop
<p>When I was asked to be an ambassador for the women friendly hackathon <a href="https://www.womenplusplus.ch/hackandlead" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Hack’n’Lead</a> organized by women++, I was immediately convinced by its setup: Preparation events to build skills in advance, on-site mentors during the event, the availability of child-care and the overall focus on learning! This setup attracts a more female audience than the typical hackathon without excluding anyone — and I welcome any initiatives towards more diversity in tech.</p>
