<p>Sonam Sheth of Business Insider has reported that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas had a loan of over $250,000 forgiven in 1999 by a wealthy friend in the Healthcare Industry. Thomas did not report this debt forgiveness on any of his &ldquo;ethics forms.&rdquo; The reporter did not disclose if these &ldquo;ethics forms&rdquo; were of a federal employment nature, or simply forms submitted to the Senate Finance Committee.</p> <p>The reporter also did not disclose if this debt forgiveness was listed as income on Thomas&rsquo; 1040 Income Tax &ldquo;Adjusted Gross Income&rdquo; (AGI) number for tax year 2008. From 1999 to 2008, Thomas made interest-only payments of an undisclosed amount.
