Beyond 500 Tabs: Lessons Learned in Managing Overwhelm and Chronic Illness

<p>Many people are out there who use waking up earlier, focusing on writing for an hour after work, writing on the train, and so on. And depending on the type of person you are and your living conditions, that is fantastic advice.</p> <h2><strong>Closing Tabs to Open Life</strong></h2> <p>Lately, I have been drowned in deadlines and tasks and felt overwhelmed. I closed around 500 tabs I had opened since February, hoping to read them. That doesn&rsquo;t make sense, but somehow, it helped alleviate my anxiety. I must remember that I can only do so much, open what I can and read when I have the time and energy.
