I’m Not Your Charity Case
<p><strong>Has anyone ever been congratulated for saying “hello” to you?</strong></p>
<p>I swear to God I have seen people close to earning their sainthood just by standing within 10 feet of me. They deserve it, though. They are <em>so</em> selfless and <em>so</em> brave for spending any time or air on me. I may as well take a video of this “kindness” and slap it on “good news” social media pages for every abled person to ogle at.</p>
<p>If you mentally answered “no” to the first question I asked, I’m sure you’re thinking, “Does that actually happen or is this some kind of satire?” Unfortunately, this is real.</p>
