<p>Cooking a crepe was deeply personal, especially for our founder, Philippe, who has cooked crepes almost every weekend for the past 15 years — never without a touch of Canadian maple syrup! A crepe, essentially a thinner and lighter cousin of the pancake, was the perfect first dish to showcase the potential of our cell-based wheat — blending tradition with innovation.</p>
