Castro Halloween’s triumphant and low-key return made us smile

<p>We expected huge crowds, street closures, and barricades, but the family-friendly Halloween&nbsp;<a href="https://thebolditalic.com/castro-halloween-returns-after-nearly-two-decades-c4924850b1b2" rel="noopener" target="_blank">as promised by organizers</a>&nbsp;is mostly what we got on Saturday.
