Not even the isolated and cowardly attacks by the notorious ADF rebels could stop the reggae. At least thirty-three speakers of parliament and presiding officers, about thirty heads of state, a myriad of vice presidents, the President, as well as the Secretary General of the United Nations, and other high-ranking dignitaries graced this beautiful country. Ladies and gentlemen, that inadvertently placed this little-known state in a very enviable position.
