<p>Say what you will about this country and its administration — and trust me, there’s plenty to say — but just this month alone, we hosted four International conferences/summits with no major incident. Not even the isolated and cowardly attacks by the notorious ADF rebels could stop the reggae. At least thirty-three speakers of parliament and presiding officers, about thirty heads of state, a myriad of vice presidents, the President, as well as the Secretary General of the United Nations, and other high-ranking dignitaries graced this beautiful country. Ladies and gentlemen, that inadvertently placed this little-known state in a very enviable position.</p>
