<p>I’ve mentored dozens of young female engineers in the last decade-and-a-half of my career, as well as learned from my career journey and participated in some beautiful forums and meetups for female engineers. A theme that repeats itself constantly is that moment when you look at everything you’ve done, assess where you want to go, and decide, “I’m ready”.
