Brace Yourself for the Next Big Global Crisis

Doyou remember 2008? Yes, when the (Western) world was shaken by the economic crisis that took hold of our lives, and we all went bananas with what seemed to be the first economic crisis ever!?

It’s always funny to see how things unfold for some people or how others perceive the same reality differently.

You see, back then, when the crisis “officially” started for everybody, me and my family, we had, in turn, been already swimming in that strange ocean for some years. Or hadn’t we built our lives relying on the housing market, more particularly, we were on the-ones-who-built-up-things’ side.

As you can imagine, things were rough for a “good” time.

So, by 2008, at the age of 18, my perception of life was somehow a bit different than the one my peers had at the same age. While everyone was being a stupid teenager, I was dealing with things nobody should actually go through. But, this bad moment in time gave me tools for life, and back then, I rapidly came up with some conclusions about what led us there, particularly my family living in rural Portugal.
