Blended Meat Dilemma, Swiss ‘Substitarians’, and Legal Triumph for Plant-Based Foods in France

<p>The survey by Coop Switzerland shows 58% of people are reducing their intake of animal-sourced foods, positioning Switzerland as a flexitarian-centered country.</p> <p>There is a noticeable decline in meat consumption among the Swiss.
