Black Design Guild. Final Stretch
<p>As we wind down this phase of our work, we’ve also just finished our final prototype. It focused on the role employers might play in the Guild.</p>
<p>Throughout this work, the role that employers might play has been in constant motion. There have been discussions about whether employers should preapprove Black Design Guild as a benefit before employees can join. Or should we require employers to approve employee applications? We’ve been asked how can we support employers to recruit. And we explored (briefly) whether we could fund the whole thing through some form of employer recruitment product. The answer is we cannot.</p>
