<p>We all have body insecurities.</p>
<p>For a long time in my life, I let my negative thoughts and insecurities bring me down. I used to feel uncertain about how I presented myself and would be unconfident as I walked down the street.</p>
<p>The slightest external factor would affect how I felt about myself for the rest of the day. For example, if my favourite pair of jeans felt a little tight on me then I would have more self-deprecating thoughts appearing in my head. But, if I received a compliment, then I would hold my head up high and feel great about my body all day long.</p>
