“i don’t believe in God but I miss him”
<p>This quote is from an atheist author’s book. I don’t know much of anything about him. I don’t even remember how I came to stumble across this quote but I think I like it.</p>
<p>I’ve spent most of my life in an Adventist church. Don’t get me wrong, it was lovely. Sort of. Mostly lovely? Of course this was up until the point I posted a video of me in a swimsuit which my pastor saw and sent to the entire church to discuss(excluding my relatives and I of course). I should mention I was 14 at the time. I stopped going to church for 3 years after that. Being there, knowing that all of these people smiling at me were quietly talking about me while no one said anything to me was overwhelming.</p>
