Barnaround: Get anywhere in the most fast and effective way

Tired of having the feeling of wasting your time in the public transport or not being able to know unforeseen events? Barnarounds allows you to have real-time information of the public transport system making available changing routes in live by optimizing your way. The first day doing the bootcamp we were asked to choose one topic among a list and learn about the process, which is based on learning by doing. This was the first time I was approaching a problem as a UX designer. The team I was in, was composed of 4 people which created a multicultural and different aging environment with completely different types of backgrounds. The task consisted on finding a way of being more efficient and eco-friendly for the public transportation system in Barcelona. We began by doing some research and collecting all the data that could be useful for having a deeper knowledge of the topic.
