How to fix Sydney’s awful traffic … and make it the best city in the world
<p>Traffic congestion. It’s the massive elephant in the room. The daily frustration for people not just getting to work, but going anywhere in this city.</p>
<p>And it’s not just the inconvenience of it, it comes at a huge cost to our local environment, climate, health and economy.</p>
<p>Will a few new tram lines, a new train line and some massive new freeways the government is promising fix it? Not really. Come on, we we all know it. It probably won’t fix it with the number of people we have now, let alone with the growth we keep hearing about.</p>
<p>That’s the funny thing, if it you get down to it, Sydneysiders just don’t think it’s possible it will ever be fixed (despite what their politicians tell them.)</p>
