The result of his study is like this:</p> <p>The meaning is clear we repeat the behaviour which gives positive results and do the opposite when we get negative results.</p> <p>In this book, the author has beautifully answered:&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Why Your Brain Builds Habits.&rdquo;</strong></p> <p>Since our conscious mind can do one task at a time, why not use the unconscious mind when there is a possibility of doing so? Here comes the role of habits, since we are doing a task repeatedly, the involvement of our conscious mind reduces and that task can be done by our unconscious mind easily.
