10 reasons to live in Athens, Greece

Greece is in fact a blessed country for the weather that it has. The only thing that I would change would be to add some humidity in the air, since sometimes it is so dry that it causes irritations. Other than that, the seasons are very well defined and never reach extremes. Of course in the North it is more cold during the winter, and in mountainous areas. In Athens, the winter hardly has temperatures below zero, normally it is between 10 and 20 degrees until April, May, and then it starts to rise. It snows mostly three times during the winter, and normally it does not accumulate on the ground. During summer, the temperature can reach more than 35 degrees, especially in July and August. My favorite seasons are spring and fall, both with pleasant temperatures, although during fall it rains a bit more. Still, in general it rains quite little in Athens (in the summer we spend three months with the sun shining intensively).
