<p> <strong>Introduction:</strong> As aspiring UX/UI designers, we’ve chosen to channel our design-thinking skills toward Museums & Cultural Heritage for our initial group project. We aim to investigate how Puerto Ricans engage with museums.</p>
<p><strong>Problem:</strong> Since the 1970s, museums and public institutions have grappled with a significant crisis: providing universal access to heritage, acting as bridges between art and the public.</p>
