Day 106: Arriving in Istanbul

<p>The first one is Istanbul airport. Since I was traveling to Africa, and most of the cheapest plane tickets were making a transfer there, I got to know it pretty well. I would be the first one rushing to the smoking area, knowing where the only internet caf&eacute; at the time was, going around like it was my second home. Best toilets, best bar, cheap meal, best resting place, I got it all planned out. So much that I would often stop under the big screens and look for who seemed the most lost, asking them if they needed some help to find their gate. You kill the time as best you can and the more you walk, the better.
