Ancient Athens

<p>Now on to the final hoorah of 3 1/2 months travel, bloody lovely but routine and some unpacking was in sight. After getting the metro in I enjoyed the unreal hustle and bustle of Monastiraki Square and Psryi with views of the Parthenonas and Acropolis before planning to the hay. I ended up getting a Gyro for a late dinner and eventually grabbed a drink with a guy Max from Prague which was a good time.</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:2762/1*[email protected]" style="height:3683px; width:500px" /></p> <p><img alt="" src="https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:3024/1*[email protected]" style="height:4032px; width:501px" /></p> <p>Nice (1) and Yum (2)</p> <p>After a bloody good coffee and an unreal ham and cheese pie pastry thing it was off for what would be a massive day on the legs. I headed up to the Acropolis, and it turns out that every other human had the same idea. It makes you realise the importance of living in the now and I feel very lucky that generation travel young before you&rsquo;re needing two sticks.
