<p>Anyone can have a good idea and growth is an omnipresent reality of our times. So, changing the world requires money. Tech firms, by definition, invest a lot in doing growth fast and lean. But in time customer loyalties may change, especially in the face of new AI disruptive technologies. Code, for example, can also be expensive to create, but may have little value after it is developed if the market already changed. Unlike buildings and land, AI firms invest in costs. So, if our business has high investment needs but low operational costs once we nurtured and have developed our product, what we need is a good customer base.
