Unending Line of Abortion Cases

As now usual, news stories were alternately headlined as a hearing set on the law, or in Breitbart as, “Supreme Court Blocks Biden Admin’s Attempt to Force Idaho ER Docs to Perform Abortions,” by allowing a temporary stay.</p>
<p>Access to abortion in emergencies is not the only abortion issue headed for the Supreme Court.
