3 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD DO SELF -TALK

<p>Hello there, This is my first article so I hope this topic will be useful for you. The word self-talk is made with two words: self and talk, i.e.,&nbsp;<em>talking to oneself.&nbsp;</em>It enhances your performance and reduces stress and anxiety at work.</p> <h1>&ldquo;Self-talk reflects your innermost feelings. Sometimes we feel alone and lonely from inside, and we start doing things to distract our minds. but we did not want to sit alone and think about ourselves. It&rsquo;s because there are so many different kinds of thoughts that come into our mind, and they are sometimes negative, so we try to avoid them, and that time when we feel alone is the time for self-talk.<em>Positive self-talk is actually what helps you learn, grow, and improve.Positive self-talk is a skill. And like any skill, you can improve or change it&nbsp;</em>. By self-talking, we get these three things: -</p> <p>1.&nbsp;<strong>Reduces self-doubt:</strong>&nbsp;by self-talking, we gain awareness about ourselves. When we want to do something new, then self-doubt comes. And we make decisions by just getting other people&#39;s opinions and temporary thoughts about them. Instead, talking to yourself in a lonely place can make you think better about that work and decrease self-doubt as you know much about it.
