The spiritual aspect and connection to a divine higher power is what heals. The mind can analyze and create stories and go down pathways for hours trying to examine all the data needed to come to a conclusion on any given circumstance. What I know is that the answer is never found there.
Letting go, the words “I don’t know” is what will center you and connect you to the only true thing that is greater than humanity. I had to ask myself “what is your relationship to certainty?”, is it ever possible to be fully certain? No. Leaning in to your heart there is truth.
