There are four concentric circles in the rigid wheel, and it seems that all of them complete one revolution as they move from the left to the right along the 4 line segments.
It’s evident that the four horizontal lines are equal in length, then by this reasoning, the circumference of all those circles must be the same!
This is obviously not true as even a toddler would tell you at first glance.
