In August 2020, I traveled from the San Francisco Bay Area, USA to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The purpose was to take on a new job in a new company/city/country(could be a bucket list item)!
In this post, I am going to explain the various steps I had to go through before/after arriving in Canada. This post is not about why I decided to change countries and jobs, it’s more about what ensued after making that decision. This article might be useful for people on a similar path and will help to know various processes in advance to avoid being befuddled later on.
